Overview

I have more than sixteen years related work experience in illustration and I am working on an Associates degree in Graphic Communications. So far I have a GPA of 3.92 and over 60 credit hours to date. I also have a Web Design Certificate from Wright State completed in 2002.  I love design and illustration in all its forms and will continue to pursue new processes and techniques.

I have worked both commercial and DoD jobs. My work included the development of interface designs using Flash. These interfaces were used in IETM’s (interactive electronic technical manuals) for e-learning, maintenance and training on military vehicles. I understand the need to design media for people at all level of education, the importance of detailed planning of projects and good communication to produce a quality projected that adheres to strict budgets and deadlines.

Throughout my career I have developed a wide range of skills using multiple applications. I work well alone or in a team environment and have good organizational skills. I worked as the Art Director for a large printing company in South Carolina for several years and am well aware of the challenges associated with working with people, budgets, and deadlines.

I have designed sales presentations both printed and video. I have also designed and implemented several web sites including a corporate web site where I was also involved with the international business team.
